Mohamed Khan, the co-founder and CEO of the Center for the Advancement of Science and Innovations (CASAI), is a visionary leader with a passion for philanthropy and a courageous spirit. Education: Mohamed holds a BSc in Computer Science and has pursued additional courses such as Certified Ethical Hacking (CEH) and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
Work Experience: I have held various positions, including Computer System Administrator, System Engineer, IT Manager, and IT Supervisor.
Co-founder and CEO of CASAI: In 2015, Mohamed Khan dedicated himself to promoting science and innovation, providing free digital literacy education and supporting single mothers. Since then, he has served as the CEO, driving the organization’s growth and success.
Free Digital Literacy Education: In 2017, Mohamed launched CASAI’s initiative to provide free digital literacy education, making it accessible to a wider range of individuals in and around Serekunda.
Cybersecurity Awareness Campaign: In 2021, he spearheaded a cybersecurity awareness campaign in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, signing an MOU that lasted for three years with the potential for renewal in 2024.
International Education Consultant: Mohamed also works as an international education consultant for universities in Canada and the USA, contributing to the advancement of education in both the Gambia and these respective countries. Additionally, I have been providing free computer services to the Gambia Police Force, including maintenance, printer cartridge replacement, and the donation of computer hardware to various police stations.
